Welcome to the Farm
Quietly situated in the picturesque countryside of Wonalancet, New Hampshire is a beautifully-renovated barn venue. Locke Falls Farm weaves rustic charm with modern elegance creating an idyllic setting for your upcoming wedding.
Nestled on the cusp of the White Mountains, the farm is surrounded by pastoral fields, mountain views and bursting perennial gardens. As palettes shift and temperatures fall, new backdrops emerge with a vivid display of autumn color.
Couples with a winter wedding preference, or in search of additional guest accommodations, will want to check out our sister venue The Public House on Page Hill. This new property, which recently opened, features year-round event space and accommodations with breathtaking views of Mount Chocorua and the Sandwich Range.
History
When elements of yesteryear are seamlessly woven into the tapestry of today, a story unfolds.
The story of Locke Falls Farm dates to the early 1900s, at a time when travel by rail and stagecoach were common. In our historic barn setting, you could hear the scuffle of feet as couples two-stepped through the hand-built dance pavilion. The stones that were once the foundation of the barn now offer steps for guests to travel to the homestead. The beautifully-restored farmhouse has many draws including the traditional sleeping porch, the bridal suite with soaking tub, and the stone patio for rehearsal dinner or cocktails.
In keeping to the character of the farm, Locke Falls has incorporated many unique elements. Rustic tables and benches offer seating, and our natural wooden arbors define the perfect place to exchange vows. The patio bar features whiskey barrels topped with a century-old maple slab. There are even high-top tables crafted from wire spools.
The newly-built event pavilion is a 2,400 square foot barn with expansive doors opening to a new patio. It offers spectacular views of the pastoral fields, extensive perennial gardens, and hand-built stone walls.
